Round 2 of MOCC Ocean Adventures day, with the 1st round going to the king of the deep blue - Barwon Heads. This time were trialing a new location, Point Roadknight,. This is actually the starting point for the Great Ocean paddle race normally held on the first weekend in February. I decided to change the venue as a recent trip to Point Leo with the family, I found it to not be as friendly to get canoes into the water and if the point break is not working it can be a pretty boring spot.

So, dust off your paddles & mark this in your calendar as an expedition to the Coast to further expand your knowledge & experience on open water/ ocean conditions, and yes we may get the odd cheeky wave or 2.

We will be loading up the OC6's & V3's for all members to participate and have a go out on the water. It will also be a great opportunity to try your hand at learning some steering techniques.
